- So, you want to buy a house—now what? As part of the home buying process, I am your guide for all things Northern Arizona real estate. I would like to invite you to my buyer process. The goal of my process is to help you find clarity about the real estate market and your property goals so that you can have the confidence to purchase a home. My process is meant to make sure 1) you don't miss out on anything, 2) you don't lose out on a property you love, 3) you're confident and comfortable with what you're paying, and 4) you have the resources to determine if there's something wrong with the home.
- In-Person or Virtual Meeting. This will give us an opportunity to meet and go through my process that will set you up for success.
- Look at Homes. We will look at homes online, by driving by, and in-person. During our initial meeting, I will go over all the ways to find homes that are on and off the market.
- Make an Offer. Once you’ve found the home you want, I will help you write a contract that addresses the five negotiating points of a contract: price, terms, dates (closing/possession), inclusions/exclusions, and contingencies.
- Transaction Management. In a real estate transaction, there are a lot of moving parts. My role is to handle those parts, so your contract closes on time with a minimum of uncertainty and surprises.
